Following are the practices and polices that have been adopted by Versatile Resource Management, Inc. in regards to the sending of emails or the use of the policy of 'spam' email.
Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does not do or authorize other individuals to do the following:
- Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does not send spam emails from this site or any other site, nor does it authorize the use of this site to create 'spam' emails. Any individual, company or entity that claims Versatile Resource Management, Inc. has authorized them to do this type of activity has created a fraudulent claim and has no approval from Versatile Resource Management, Inc. to conduct this type of fraudulent activity.
- Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does not send marketing emails to promote any part of this site or any other site.
- Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does not send any newsletters about this or any other site and does not authorize any other individual, company or entity to do so in the name of Versatile Resource Management, Inc.
- Any email that has used a return email address for the domain name of Versatile Resource Management, Inc. (IE: versatile-is.com) on any email to promote any site, service or product that is not part of the Versatile Resource Management, Inc. site has done so without the approval or authorization of Versatile Resource Management, Inc.
Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does or authorize other individuals to do the following:
- Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does authorize the sending of emails to 'recommend' the Versatile Resource Management, Inc. site if the return email address is the valid email address of the sender and the receiver of the email has authorized the sender the privilege of directing emails to the receiver's email address.
- Versatile Resource Management, Inc. does respond to comments and/or questions submitted on the 'Contact' page of Versatile Resource Management, Inc. site, when a valid return email address has been supplied. After the comment and/or question has been answered by Versatile Resource Management, Inc. and there is no more contact required the original senders email address is removed from our records. The email address of the original sender is not sold to any third party.
- If the comments and/or questions sent via Versatile Resource Management, Inc. contact page refers to a merchant that is part of our Shopping Mall Area, we pass the information and the original senders email address along to the affected merchants contact that we have on file. When we do this, an email is also sent from Versatile Resource Management, Inc. to the original sender stating what has taken place. At that time the original senders email address is removed from our records and is not sold to any third party.
